Information you provide directly:

Account information: name and email address
Your mobile phone number (entered in Settings to receive SMS alerts)
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

Information collected automatically from your website visitors:

Contact form submissions from your website visitors (name, email, message, and any other fields your form collects)
Submission timestamp and source URL

3. How We Use Your Information

To deliver instant SMS notifications to your registered phone number when a lead submits your contact form
To store and display your lead history in your Notifyd dashboard
To process subscription payments via Stripe
To send transactional emails related to your account (billing receipts, service updates)
To improve and maintain the Notifyd platform

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with the following trusted service providers, solely to operate the platform:

Twilio — to deliver SMS notifications to your phone number
Stripe — to process subscription payments

5. SMS Notifications & Messaging Consent

By entering your mobile phone number in your Notifyd account Settings and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you explicitly consent to receive automated SMS notifications when a visitor submits a contact form on your website. These are transactional account notifications only — not marketing messages.

Message frequency: You will receive one SMS per contact form submission on your website. Message frequency varies based on your website traffic.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe. You can also remove your phone number from your Notifyd Settings page at any time.

Mobile information and messaging consent collected through Notifyd will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and phone number data are used exclusively to deliver transactional account notifications to the registered account holder and are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and lead history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at worldoneadmin@worldonedigitalmedia.com.

8. Cookies

Notifyd uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and is PCI-DSS compliant.
