By creating an account or using Notifyd ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of notifyd.io.
Notifyd is a SaaS platform that sends automated SMS notifications to registered business owners when a visitor submits a contact form on their website. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal business entity or individual operating a business to use Notifyd. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Notifyd offers paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox in Settings, you consent to receive automated transactional SMS notifications from Notifyd. Message frequency varies based on your website traffic. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to use Notifyd to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the content of any auto-reply messages configured in your account. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
All content, trademarks, and technology on the Notifyd platform are owned by World One Digital Media. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Notifyd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, World One Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity that harms the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
